As with most fast growing, open economies, the real estate industry in Cambodia is thriving. It is particularly buoyant in the infrastructure development and agro-industry sectors. Our Real Estate practice is focused on meeting our clients’ complex real estate demands and in particular on protecting our foreign clients’ investments, including infrastructure construction, Special Economic Zones and economic land concessions projects.

We advise on all phases of real estate projects, from due diligence to titling, holding structures, sale, purchase and lease agreements, property management related agreements, as well as real estate business licensing. We also provide services relating to construction permits and regulatory compliance, construction contracts and sub-contracts as well as environmental impact assessments for the purpose of industrial activities. Finally, our firm also handles real estate related business licensing.
